BioTV junkie and pop culture addict extraordinaire. My journal tends towards ramblings about BSG, SG-1, The Office, and a multitude of television addictions. Most of the fannish entries are public, while more personal stuff is f-locked, and tends towards not-so-exciting ruminations about my life, and the frustration of being on medical leave from grad school.
I most admire female characters that are written in a complex and interesting way, though I will not hesitate to be annoyed when that characterization is compromised for the sake of bad storylines. I'm particularly attached to Sam Carter, Rose Tyler, Kara Thrace, and Buffy Summers (yes... they're all blondes. Bizarre, I know!). But now there's Olivia Benson, too, who's most decidedly not blonde.
I'm always happy to have friends (who isn't? Seriously?) and will most likely friend you back as soon as I notice. Feel free to comment and tell me that you friended me.
